Dentists: Insights on improving profitability

Revenue drivers should be the main focus for improving profitability.


My talk focuses on three distinct  areas:

1. "House Keeping" ...                                                                 this is the easy stuff

2. Systems and process related, a little more complicated         this is not too hard

3. Change management... this really applies to the owner         this is harder, but many  do succeed 


I have 30 years experience running very large dental businesses........ non aligned and independent.


 Goals of the lecture are:

  • save you money off your materials bill
  • lead panel discussions on revenue drivers and use opinions and expertise from your group to help you build your practice. 



One hour for presentation including panel discussions


1.Groups of dentists, minimum 10 

2. Short presentation on the principles of saving off your materials bill

3. Two panel discussions with myself and minimum two participants from the group on:

     a.Are the savings worth it?  15 min

     b. Merits of "revenue growth" strategies  **                      25 minutes
